If you wish to contact us, use email. We're only going to respond, if you contact us for one of the following reasons:
- You have problems with your purchased data (you didn't get what you ordered, it is not working, etc.)
- Technical problems during checkout
- Questions about our service and products
- Reseller queries
We're not going to chit-chat with you, so if your contact reason isn't in one of these, there is a high chance we won't reply you at all.
About support requests: If you think something went wrong, you can contact us for support, we're going to answer you within 4-6 hours at most. To request support, you MUST include the Order ID (or Account ID in the Paypal Zone), and the e-mail address which was used to buy. In the Contact e-mail, you don't need to enter the same address which was used for buying (we are aware that if you used a disposable address, it's long gone now), but you must KNOW that address, if we ask you. We can provide support for 48-72 hours after purchase. After this time period, don't even bother to request any support.
